Refit and Electrical Refurbishments:

It is a fact of marine life taht every boat, yacht or ship will sometime in it´s life require refit, refurbishment and upgrades. MAritime Systems can undertake major electrical refurbishment work inlcuding, control systems, alarm and monitoring, onboard cabling, lighting / power supplies, fire alarms and fire flue suppression. Over time interconnecting cabling becomes brittle with both age and heat. Insulation deteriorates. We can inspect main switchboards together with sub boards to determine which items require replacement. We can source, supply and install all components to completely refurbish a main or sub switchboard.

Working with project management, we can help identify the radar, communication and navigation equipment package suitable to the vessels requirements, plus carrying forward with the installation and commissioning (more information)

Diagnostics and Repairs:

Electronic & electrical diagnostics is a specialist skill, if often requires the use of electronic test and measuring instruments, which we have available to us. To augment our onboard service we have established a comprehensively equipped workshop facility. Here we can subject electrical and electronic equipment to "in depth" fault finding under "controlled" conditions. The facility is equipped with an array of radio and electronic test and measuring instruments enabling us to fault find down to component level
